APPROVING PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR MICHAEL STOEBNER
FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 9351136TH STREET NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Michael Stoebner that requests approval of
a property line adjustment for properties located at 9351 130' Street North.
WHEREAS, he proposed lot line adjustment would result in two parcels described as
follows:
See Attached Exhibit A
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line
adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCEL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
property line adjustment for Michael Stoebner.
ADOPTED by the City Council on April 18, 2005.
