APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR JAMES AND MARY
SIRIAN FOR AN ACCESSORY BUILDING UP TO 125% OF THE PERMITTED
SIZE IN THE RURAL RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICT ON PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 12170 INGERSOLL AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, James and Mary Sirian have requested approval of a conditional use permit
to allow the construction of a 1,196 square foot accessory building as an addition to an
existing 1,680 accessory building, for a total of 2,876 square feet of accessory storage
space, on property located at 12170 Ingersoll Avenue North.

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said conditional use permit at a duly
called public hearing on June 23, 2004, and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
conditional use permit for James and Mary Sirian to allow 2,876 square feet of accessory
storage building space on their property at 12170 Ingersoll Avenue North.
1. This permit shall be subject to all applicable building codes.
2. The building is to be used for agricultural and personal storage only. The building
may not be used for a home-based business.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 5a' day of July, 2005.
