RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WITHDRAWAL AND TERMINATION OF
APPLICATION FROM CIGULAR WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS FOR A
TOWER AT 15380 KEYSTONE AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, the City has received an application from Cingular Wire Communications for
a proposed cell tower at 15380 Keystone Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the applicant, through its agent Debra Weiss of Eagle Peak Consulting, has
submitted a withdrawal of the application dated July 28, 2005, and based thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF HUGO, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, that the City of Hugo permits
the withdrawal of the application and terminates all fiuther action or consideration of said
or similar applications. The foregoing shall constitute final agency action pursuant to MN
State Statutes 15.99 of all portions of the application not previously acted upon in writing
by the City Council.
Upon roll call, the following members voted in favor: Mike Granger, Becky Petryk, Frank
Puleo, and Fran Miron
And the following voted against: NONE
WHEREUPON said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 0 day of August
2005.
