RELATING TO PARIONG RESTRICTIONS ON CSAH 8
SP 82-608-07 & SP 224-020-01, County State Aid Highway (CSAR) 8 from the west City limits to
Trunk Highway (TH) 61, in the City of Hugo, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, THIS RESOLUTION, was passed this 15d' day of August, 2005, by the City of Hugo in
Washington County, Minnesota.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Washington County and the City of Hugo have planned the improvement of County State
Aid Highway 8, from the west City limits to TH 61, in the City of Hugo, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, Washington County and the City of Hugo will be expending Federal Aid, County State Aid
Highway and Municipal State Aid Street Funds on the improvement of this Highway; and
WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both sides of the street;
and approval of the proposed construction as a County State Aid Highway project must therefore be
conditioned upon certain parking restrictions.
NOW, THEREFORE, 1T IS HEREBY RESOLVED: That the City of Hugo shall ban the parking of
motor vehicles on both sides of CSAH 8, between the west City limits and TH 61 at all times.
