APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR JOSEPH AND MARCIA
WOLKERSTORFER FOR AN ACCESSORY BUILDING FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 16XXX JEFFEREY AVENUE
WHEREAS, Joseph and Marcia Wolkerstorfer have requested approval of a Conditional
Use Permit to construct an accessory building prior to the construction of the principal
building on property legally described as follows:

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the Conditional Use Permit at a
duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
request by Joseph and Marcia Wolkerstorfer for a Conditional Use Permit, subject to the
following conditions:
1. A $5,000 escrow will be submitted to the City to ensure a building permit for the
home is applied for within one year.
2. The building is to be used for agricultural and personal storage only. The building
may not be used for a home-based business.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 6h day of September 2005.
