APPROVING FINDINGS OF FACT APPROVING A REZONING FOR PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED WEST OF FOREST BLVD AND SOUTH OF 148TH STREET
WHEREAS, Granger's Inc. has requested a rezoning to change the zoning from Central
Residential to Central Business for property generally located west of Forest Blvd. and south of
148'' Street (Granger Inc. Property); and,
WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as follows:
