RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY TAX LEVY PAYABLE IN 2006
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO,
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, that the following sums of money be levied
for the current year, payable in 2006, upon the taxable property in the City of Hugo,
and certified to Washington County for collection:
General Operating
Capital Improvement
Total General Levy
Tax Abatement
Refunding Bonds
Fire Station Bonds
City Hall Bonds
2002 Equipment Certificates
2003 Equipment Certificates
PW Facility Bonds
Total Debt Service
Total Certified Tax Levy
Certified Tax Lev

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the annual Truth -in -Taxation hearing be scheduled for
December 5, 2005 at 7:00 pm and a continuation hearing, if necessary, be scheduled
for December 19, 2005 at 7:00 pm.
Upon roll call, the following members voting AYE: Miron, Granger, Puleo, Haas and Petryk.
Upon roll call, the following members voting NAY: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 6th day of September, 2005.
