APPROVING PUD MODIFICATION FOR THE ROTTLUND COMPANY, INC.
FOR VICTOR GARDENS NORTH VILLAGE 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, The Rottlund Company, Inc. has requested approval of a PUD Modification
to allow a temporary sales trailer and signage for "Victor Gardens North Village 2'd
Addition".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the PUD
modification for The Rottlund Company, Inc. for Victor Gardens North Village 2"d
Addition, subject to the following findings and conditions:
1. A PUD modification is approved to allow a temporary sales trailer and signage, in
accordance with the request received by the City on September 23, 2005, except
as amended by this resolution.
2. The temporary sales trailer is allowed on land to be platted as Outlot A, Victor
Gardens North Village 2°d Addition (currently part of Oudot A, Victor Gardens).
3. The temporary sales trailer must be removed when the I" model home becomes
available, but no later than June 1, 2006.
4. The proposed signage is located on property owned by Contractor Property
Developers Company. The applicant should provide the City with a letter from
the landowner authorizing installation of this signage.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 3`d day of October 2005.
