RESOLUTION OF THE Crff OF HUGO
WASIIINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RELATING TO LOT 1, BLOCK 1, BALD EAGLE INDUSTRIAL PARK 5m ADDITION,
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
WI EREAS, the City owns lot 1, block 1, Bald Eagle Industrial Pads 5a` Addition,
Washington County, Minnesota;
WAEREAS, the City is desirous of selling this property to permit the consWwtion
of an industrial building and enhance the property generany.
NOW, I tEFOREp be it resolved that by the City Council of the City of Hugo,
Washington County, Iv);irmesota. as follows:
The sale of lot 1, block 1, Bald Eagle Industrial Park 5m Addition,
Washington County, Minnesota to RA Pearson and Associates, LLC is
hereby appwved_
2. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to
execute those domnents necessary to consz=mate said sale.
This resolution was declared duly passed and adopted and signed by the Mayor and
City Administrator this 7th day of November, 2005.
