A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR 129"
STREET / ETHAN AVENUE PAVEMENT AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
(CITY/I ELLISON PROJECT)
WHEREAS, it is being considered to improve 129" Street/Ethan Avenue between Elmcrest
Avenue and Europa Trail North. The improvements include the installation of sanitary sewer,
water main, storm sewer, bridge, and paved roadways. It is the intent to assess the benefited
properties for all or a portion of the cost of the improvements, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,
Chapter 429.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO,
MINNESOTA:
1. The petition is hereby referred to WSB & Associates, Inc. and that they are instructed to
report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to
whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the
improvement as recommended.
Council members voting AYE: Haas, Petryk, Puleo, Miron
Council members voting NAY: NONE
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 19th day of December 2005.
