A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR THE 132nd STREET
IMPROVEMENTS AND CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted November 3, 2003, a report has been
prepared by WSB & Associates, Inc., with reference to the 132 Street Improvements between
Goodview Avenue and Henna Avenue by constructing drainage improvements and a rural section
roadway, and this report was received by the council on May 17, 2004, and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost for the improvements is $ 345,000.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvements at 132nd Street in accordance with the report and the
assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvements pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $ 345,000.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 21 st day of June, 2004 in the
council chambers at City Hall at 14669 Fitzgerald Avenue North at 7:00 PM and the clerk shall give
mailed and published notice of such hearing as required by law.
Council members voting AYE: Granger, Haas, Petryk, Puleo, Miron
Council members voting NAY: NONE
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 17'h day of May 2004.
