APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW AN ADVERTISING
SIGN FOR NEW LIFE CHURCH, ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE
NORTHEAST CORNER OF U.S. HWY 61 AND 152ND STREET NORTH
WHEREAS, New Life Church has requested approval of a conditional use permit to
allow an advertising sign on the property legally described as follows:

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
request by New Life Church for a conditional use permit amendment, subject to the
following conditions:
1. The conditional use permit amendment is approved in accordance with the
application received by the City on April 27, 2004.
2. If at any time the sign is removed from the site, a new conditional use permit is
required prior to the installation of a new sign.
