APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT TO EXTEND
THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT GRANTED TO WAGNER GREENHOUSE,
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4860 FRENCHMAN ROAD.
WHEREAS, Scott Wagner has requested approval of an extension of a conditional use
permit to allow a wholesale greenhouse on the 42 -acre property legally described as
follows:

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
request by Scott Wagner for a conditional use permit amendment, subject to the
following conditions:
1. The conditional use permit amendment is approved in accordance with the
application received by the City on February 26, 2004.
2. The conditional use permit amendment shall amend only Section 3 of Resolution
2001-38 by replacing all "2004" with "2006". The condition use permit approvals
shall expire on December 31, 2006.
3. The applicant must provide the City with copies of all watershed approvals prior to
beginning any site work.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 7th day of June, 2004.
