RESOLUTION NO. 2004-45
RESOLUTION ADOPTING A TAX ABATEMENT POLICY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Hugo, Minnesota
(the "City"), as follows:
Adoption of the Tax Abatement Policy. The Tax Abatement Policy attached hereto as
Exhibit A is hereby adopted.

said motion was duly seconded by Councilmember Chuck Haas , and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Mike Granger, Chuck Haas, Becky Petryk, Frank Puleo, Fran Miron
and the following voted against the same: NONE
whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted.
