RESOLUTION 2004 - 47
A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE 132nd STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted May 17, 2004 fixed a date for a Council hearing on the
proposed 132''6 Street Improvements between Goodview Avenue and Henna Avenue by
constructing drainage improvements and a rural section roadway, and this report was received by
the council on May 17, 2004, and
WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the
hearing was held thereon on the 21 st day of June, 2004, at which time all persons desiring to be
heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution adopted the 17th of May,
2004
2. WSB & Associates is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. The engineer shall
prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
Whereupon said resolution was duly seconded by Council member Chuck Haas.
Council members voting AYE: Granger, Haas, Petryk, Puleo, Miron
Council members voting NAY: NONE
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 21" day of June, 2004
