APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT TO ALLOW
FOR THE OPERATION OF A HOME OCCUPATION AS AN ACCESSORY USE,
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 12506 IRISH AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, John and Marie Palecek have requested approval of a conditional use permit
to allow for the operation of a home occupation as an accessory use on the property
legally described as follows:

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
request by John and Marie Palecek for a conditional use permit amendment, subject to
the following conditions:
1. The conditional use permit amendment is approved in accordance with the
application received by the City on June 14, 2004.
2. All materials related to the business shall be stored inside the building.
3. Business related materials stored inside the building shall be limited to trucks and no
more than 30 porta-potties.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 2nd day of August 2004.
