APPROVING A CONDITIONAL SITE PLAN FOR SARAH LONDERVILLE,
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 15152 FREELAND AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, Sarah Londerville has requested approval of a site plan on the following
described property
See Exhibit A
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
request by Sarah Londerville for site plan approval, subject to the following conditions:
1. The site plan approval is approved in accordance with the application received by the
City on June 10, 2004.
2. Prior to any site work, the applicant shall obtain Watershed approval from the City.
3. Prior to obtaining watershed approval, the applicant shall pay the applicable sewer
and water charges.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 2"d day of August, 2004.
