A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR
COUNTY STATE -AID HIGHWAY (CSAH 8), ONEKA PARKWAY, AND FENWAY
AVENUE IWROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, it is being considered to improve CSAH 8 between State Trunk Highway 61 and the
western City limits, Oneka Parkway between CSAH 8 and a point approximately 1650 ft to the
north, and Fenway Avenue between CSAH 8 and a point 600 feet to the south. The
improvements include the installation of sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, storm water
ponding, landscaping, street lighting, and paved, urban section roadways. It is the intent to assess
the benefited properties for all or a portion of the cost of the improvements, pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCEL OF HUGO,
MINNESOTA:
1. The petition is hereby referred to WSB & Associates, Inc. and that they are instructed to
report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to
whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the
improvement as recommended.

Council members voting NAY: NONE
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 16th day of August, 2004.
