APPROVING A PUD AMENDMENT FOR EAGLE SHORES CUSTOM HOMES
ON PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF 122ND STREET AND WEST OF
EVERTON AVENUE NORTH (EAGLE SHORES DEVELOPMENT)
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Eagle Shores Custom Homes requesting
approval of a PUD Amendment for property legally described as follows:
Lots 1-11, Eagle Shores, Washington County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the PUD
Amendment for Eagle Shores Custom Homes, subject to the following conditions:
1. All previously approved conditions continue to apply to this property.
2. One detached accessory structure shall be allowed per lot, up to 600 square feet in
size, on lots under one acre in size.
3. The detached accessory structures shall be architecturally designed in a way that is
similar to the primary structure.
4. Building materials and colors for the detached accessory structures shall be the same
materials and colors used on the primary structure.
5. The detached accessory structures shall be landscaped with a treatment similar to the
primary structure.
