APPROVING A PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR THE CITY OF HUGO FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED EAST OF FENWAY AND NORTH OF THE KOCH
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo has requested approval of a preliminary plat for property
legally described as follows:

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
request by the City of Hugo for a preliminary plat, subject to the following conditions:
1. A preliminary plat is approved to allow the creation of six lots, in accordance with the
plans and application received by the City on January 10, 2003.
2. The development is subject to the general standards of the General Industrial zoning
district.
3. The proposed road shall include 60 feet of right-of-way.
4. Side yard setbacks within the plat shall be a minimum of 10 feet as specified in the
restrictive covenants.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 3rd day of February 2003.
