APPROVING A LOT SPLIT FOR TOM JACKSON FOR LOT 3 AND PART OF
LOT 4, BALD EAGLE INDUSTRIAL PARK 47H ADDITION
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Tom Jackson that requests approval of a lot
split for Lot 3 and part of Lot 4, Bald Eagle Industrial Park a Addition.
WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as follows:

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot
split for Tom Jackson, subject to the following conditions:
1. A lot split is approved in accordance with the plans and application received by the
City on January 17, 2003, except as amended by this resolution.
2. Development .of the site is subject to the site plan and conditional use permit as
approved by the City on May 15, 2002. The campus development may occur in three
phases.
3.. The necessary cross access and maintenance agreements shall be recorded for any
future shared driveways, access, or parking.
4. The applicant shall provide a ten -foot drainage and utility easement along each side of
the common lot line.
5. The campus development. approval allows for buildings, parking lots, and other site
improvements to encroach on the common lot line between the two lots.
ADOPTED by the City Council on February 18, 2003.
