APPROVING PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR TIM STOCKNESS FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT %27 AND 9757122ND STREET NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Tim Stockness that. requests
approval of a lot line adjustment;
WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in two parcels describe
as follows:
See Attached Exhibit A
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property
line adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
property line adjustment for Tim Stockness.
ADOPTED by the City Council on April 7, 2003.
