A RESOLUTION CONCERNING AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR
COMPLETION OF PELOQUIN INDUSTRIAL PARK PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City has solicited bids on remaining portions of the Peloquin
Industrial Park Public Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, the City reserves the right to reject all bids and rebid the project; and
WHEREAS, the City believes it would be in the public interest to reject all bids
and rebid the project and that this might, among other things, allow the City to receive
lower bids for the remaining work.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Hugo that:
1. All bids received by the City on Thursday, June 12, 2003 for the Peloquin
Industrial Park Improvement Project are rejected. The Engineer is instructed to rebid the
project forthwith.
WHEREUPON, a vote being taken upon the motion, the following members voted
in favor. Mike Granger, Chuck Haas, Becky Petryk, Frank Puleo, and Fran Miron
the following voted against: NONE
WHEREUPON, said motion was declared duly passed and adopted by the City
Council for the City of Hugo 16th day of June 2003.
