APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR RINK -TEC ARENA SPECIALISTS FOR AN
OFFICE/ WAREHOUSE BUILDING ON LOT 3, BLOCK 1, BALD EAGLE
INDUSTRIAL PARK 51" ADDITION
WHEREAS, Rink -Tec has requested approval of a site plan to allow construction of a
5,900 square foot building on property legally described as follows:
Lot 3, Block 1, Bald Eagle Industrial Park 5th Addition.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the site plan at a duly called public
meeting and recommends approval, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the site
plan for Rink -Tec on property located at Lot 3, Block 1, Bald Eagle Industrial Park 5h
Addition, subject to the following conditions:
1. A site plan is approved to allow construction of a 5,900 square foot building and
related site improvements, in accordance with the plans and application received by
the City on May 15, 2003, except as amended by this resolution.
2. All exterior lighting and signage shall comply with City ordinance requirements.
3. Standard Conditions:
A. Compliance with Rice Creek Watershed District requirements.
B. Compliance with the Fire Chiefs requirements regarding fire flow
calculations, the location of fire hydrants, fire department connections, and
fire lane signage.
C. Compliance with regulations regarding handicapped parking spaces and
access.
