APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR GRANT BARRETTE FOR AN OFFICE/
WAREHOUSE BUILDING ON LOT 6 BLOCK 1, BALD EAGLE INDUSTRIAL
PARK 5a ADDITION
WHEREAS, Grant Barrette has requested approval of a site plan to allow construction of
a 3,000 square foot building on property legally described as follows:
Lot 3, Block 1, Bald Eagle Industrial Park 5th Addition.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the site plan at a duly called public
meeting and recommends approval, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the site
plan for Grant Barrette on property located at Lot 6, Block 1, Bald Eagle Industrial Park
SM Addition, subject to the following conditions:
1. A site plan is approved to allow construction of a 3,000 square foot building and
related site improvements, in accordance with the plans and application received by
the City on June 6,..2003, except as amended by this resolution.
2. The future building shall require an administrative site plan review prior to
construction.
3. The exterior finish of the building shall comply with zoning ordinance requirements.
4. Standard Conditions:
A. Compliance with Rice Creek Watershed District requirements.
B. Compliance with the Fire Chiefs requirements regarding fire flow
calculations, the location of fire hydrants, fire department connections, and
fire lane signage.
C. Compliance with regulations regarding handicapped parking spaces and
access.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 7th day of 2003.
