APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR OLSON TOOL FOR AN OFFICE/WAREHOUSE
BUILDING ON LOT 5, BLOCK 1, BALD EAGLE INDUSTRIAL PARK STH
ADDITION
WHEREAS, Olson Tool has requested approval of a site plan to allow construction of a
6,400 square foot building on property legally described as follows:
Lot 5, Block 1, Bald Eagle Industrial Park 5th Addition.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the site plan at a duly called public
meeting and recommends approval, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the site
plan for Olson Tool on property located at Lot 5, Block 1, Bald Eagle Industrial Park 51'
Addition, subject to the following conditions:
1. A site plan is approved to allow construction of a 6,400 square foot building and
related site improvements, in accordance with the plans and application received by
the City on June 6, 2003, except as amended by this resolution.
2. Standard Conditions:
A. Compliance with Rice Creek Watershed District requirements.
B. Compliance with the Fire Chiefs requirements regarding fire flow
calculations, the location of fire hydrants, fire department connections, and
fire lane signage.
C. Compliance with regulations regarding handicapped parking spaces and
access.
