A RESOLUTION WAIVING IRREGULARITIES, IF ANY, FOR BIDS RECEIVED ON
JULY 17, 2003 FOR THE REBID OF PELOQUIN INDUSTRIAL PARK UTILITY
IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo ordered the improvements known as Peloquin Industrial
Park Utility Improvements; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo advertised for bids in accordance with applicable state
statutes; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo received a total of 3 bids from said advertisement; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo opened said bids on July 17, 2003 at 11:00 a.m.; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer reviewed the bids received and accompanying documents
of said bids; and,
WHEREAS, the bid of Lametti and Sons, Inc. of Hugo, MN was determined to be the
low bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF HUGO, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, That irregularities, if any, are waived
for the bid received on July 17, 2003 from Lametti and Sons, Inc. for improvements known as
Peloquin Industrial Park Utility Improvements and that the construction contract for the said
improvements be awarded to Lametti and Sons, Inc.
Motion to approve this resolution was made by: Becky Petryk
Seconded by: Chuck Haas
Voting AYE: Chuck Haas, Becky Petryk, Frank Puleo, and Fran Miron
Voting NAY: NONE
Whereupon said motion was declared adopted by the City Council is 21" day of July 2003.
