APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR TOM JACKSON FOR A SELF STORAGE
FACILITY ON LOT 4, BLOCK 1, BALD EAGLE INDUSTRIAL PARK 5
ADDITION
WHEREAS, Tom Jackson has requested approval of a site plan to allow construction of a
5,900 square foot building on property legally described as follows:
Lot 4, Block 1, Bald Eagle Industrial Park 5th Addition.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the site plan at a duly called public
meeting and recommends approval, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the site
plan for Tom Jackson on Lot 4, Block 1, Bald Eagle Industrial Park 5`h Addition, subject
to the following conditions:
1. A site plan is approved to allow construction of approximately 62,500 square feet of
self storage buildings and related site improvements, in accordance with the plans and
application received by the City on June 30, 2003, except as amended by this
resolution.
2. Standard Conditions:
A. Compliance with Rice Creek Watershed District requirements.
B. Compliance with the Fire Chiefs requirements regarding fire flow
calculations, the location of fire hydrants, fire department connections, and
fire lane signage.
C. Compliance with regulations regarding handicapped parking spaces and
access.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 4th day of Auailst, 2003.
