APPROVING PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR MARY ECKER FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 10264 AND 10284122ND STREET NORTH, AS
WELL AS VACANT PROPERTIES TO THE WEST.
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Mary Ecker that requests approval
of a lot line adjustment;
WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in three parcels
describe as follows:
See Attached Exhibit A
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property
line adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, M[NNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
property line adjustment for Mary Ecker.
ADOPTED by the City Council on September 15, 2003.
