APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR ASSURED ACCEPTANCE
CORPORATION FOR MOTOR VEHICLE SALES ON PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 5211130 STREET
WHEREAS, a conditional use permit has been filed by Assured Acceptance Corporation
that requests approval for motor vehicle sales on property located at 5211 13& Street, as
legally described as follows:
See attached Exhibit A.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the request at a public meeting and
recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
conditional use permit for Assured Acceptamce, subject to the following conditions:
1. A conditional use permit is approved for motor vehicle sales business according to
the application and plans dated August 5, 2003.
2. There shall be no more than five cars stored outside on the property.
3. There shall be no storage between the building and public right-of-way.
4. There shall be no physical alterations to the exterior of the property without the
approvalof the City of Hugo.
5. There shall be no repair of vehicles inside the building.
6. The applicant shall not be required to pave the existing gravel parking lot.
7. Any change in the use of the property shall render this conditional use permit null
and void.
ADOPTED by the City Council on September 15, 2003.
