RESOLUTION NO. 2003 - 62
RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF REPORT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO,
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of 132nd Street between the east
line of Goodview Avenue to the west line of Henna Avenue by bituminous
surfacing, filed with the City Council on September 18, 2003, is hereby declared
to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby.
This declaration is made in conformity to Minn. Stat. 429.035.
2. The petition is hereby referred to the Senior Engineering Technician and that
person is instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient speed
advising the City Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed
improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible and as to whether it should
best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
Upon roll call, the following Members voting AYE: Granger, Puleo, Haas, Petryk, and
Miron.
Upon roll call, the following Members voting NAY: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 3`d day of November,
2003.
