WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION 2002-8
APPROVING PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT AND VARIANCE FOR ROBERT
JURAN FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 9816 AND 9988 122nd STREET
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Robert Juran that requests approval of a
property line adjustment for properties located at 9816 and 9988 122nd Street North, as
legally described on Attachment One, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot area to be deeded from Robert A. Juran and Ernestine B.
Juran (Property legally described in Exhibit A) to Robert A. Juran, Jr. and Elizabeth H.
Juran (Property legally described in Exhibit B) is legally described in Exhibit C:
WHEREAS, the above described property shall be attached to the Robert A. Juran, Jr.
and Elizabeth H. Juran property legally described in Exhibit B.
WHEREAS, the Board of Appeals and Adjustments has reviewed the property line
adjustment and variance and recommends approval; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line
adjustment and variance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
property line adjustment for Robert Juran.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 18'h day March 2002.

Exhibit A
The Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 31 North,
Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota, except the South 35 rods (577.5 feet) of
the West 14 rods (231.00 feet) thereof and except the North 662.00 feet of said Northwest
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter.
The above described parcel contains 16.86 acres,
Subject to easements for public road rights of way purposes for Keller Avenue
North/County Road 57 and for 122nd Street North.
Subject to drainage easements.
Exhibit B
The South 35 rods (577.5 feet) of the West 14 rods (231.00 feet) of the Northwest Quarter
of the Southeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 31 North, Range 21 West, Washington
County, Minnesota.
The above described property contains 3.06 acres.
Subject to easement for public road right of way purposes for 122°d Street North.

That part of the West 325.80 feet of Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 36, Township 31 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota, lying
south of the North 662.00 feet thereof; except the South 35 (577.5 feet) of the West 14
rods (231.00 feet) of said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 36.
The above described parcel contains 1.86 acres.
Subject to easements for public road right of way purposes for 122°d Street North.
