APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR LAMETTI AND SONS, INC. FOR AN OFFICE
BUILDING ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 16028 FOREST BOULEVARD
NORTH
WHEREAS, a site plan application has been filed by Lametti and Sons, Inc. that requests
approval of a site plan for a 7,350 square foot office building on property located at
16028 Forest Boulevard North, as legally described as follows:
See attached Exhibit A.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the request at a public meeting and
recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the site
plan for Lametti and Sons, Inc., subject to the following conditions:
1. A site plan is approved for a 7,350 square foot office building according to the
application and plans dated February 8, 2002.
2. The applicant shall provide a letter of credit in the amount of $10,000 to guarantee
compliance with the conditional use permit requirements for screening and
outside storage. If the screening is not constructed/planted by July 1, 2003, the
City may cash the letter of credit and install the screening on the property.
3. The applicant shall submit a landscaping plan for the office building.
4. The applicant shall obtain the necessary permit from the Rice Creek Watershed
District.
S. The applicant shall obtain the necessary permit from Washington County for the
construction of the on-site septic system.
6. The applicant shall obtain the necessary building permit for the office building,
and a demolition permit prior to removing the exiting offices.
