APPROVING PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT AND VARIANCE FOR
CENTEX HOMES AND LEN PRATT FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED WEST OF
FENWAY AND NORTH OF THE TOWNHOMES AT BALD EAGLE LAKE
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Centex Homes that requests approval of a
property line adjustment for properties located west of Fenway Avenue, as legally
described on Attachment One, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot area to be deeded from Centex Homes (Property legally
described in Exhibit A) to Len Pratt (Property legally described in Exhibit B) is legally
described in Exhibit C:
WHEREAS, the above described property shall be attached to the Len Property property
legally described in Exhibit B.
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line
adjustment and variance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
property line adjustment for Centex Homes.
ADOPTED by the City Council this dh day of May 2002.

southeasterly along a non-tangential curve concave to the southwest, having a
central angle of 36 degrees 22 minutes 35 seconds and a radius of 140.00 feet for
an arc distance of 88.88 feet, the chord of said curve bears South 52 degrees 18
minutes 59 seconds East; thence South 34 degrees 07 minutes 41 seconds East,
tangent to said curve, a distance of 34.69 feet to the north line of Lot 22, Block 7,
said TOWNHOMES OF BALD EAGLE LAKE and said line there terminating.
