APPROVING PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR GARY MARKOVICH
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 16325 FOREST BOULEVARVD
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Gary Markovich and Ronald Cressman that
requests approval of a lot line adjustment.
WHEREAS, the proposed lot area to be deeded from Ronald Cressman to Gary
Markovich is described as follows:
That part of the Southeast Quarter, Section 8, Townshp 31 North, Range 21 West,
Washington County, Minnesota, lying South of the north 7011.8 feet, lying easterly of the
easterly right-of-way line of Forest Boulevard North and lying North of the south 245 feet
(meastured along the east line) of the North One Third of that part of said Southeast
Quarter, lying easterly of the easterly right -of --way line of the Burlington Northern
Railroad.
Subject to and together with any other valid easements, restrictions and reservations.
WHEREAS, the above described property shall be attached to property legally described
as follows:
That part of the south 263.8 feet of the north 965.6 feet of the Southeast Quarter, Section
8, Township 31 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota, lying easertly of
the easterly right-of-way lineof Forest Boulevard North.
Subject to and together with any other valid easements, restrictions and reservations.
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line
adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
property line adjustment for Gary Markovich.
ADOPTED by the City Council on September 3, 2002.
