RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY TAX LEVY PAYABLE IN 2003
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA,
that the following sums of money be levied for the current year, payable in 2003, upon the taxable property in the
City of Hugo, and certified to Washington County for collection:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Truth -in -Taxation hearing be scheduled for
Monday, December 2, 2002, at 7:00 pm and a continuation hearing, N necessary, be scheduled for
Monday, December 16, 2002, at 7:00 pm
Upon roll call, the following members voting AYE: Granger, Puleo and Haas
Upon roll call, the following members voting NAY: Petryk and Miron
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 3rd day of September, 2002
