APPROVING SITE PLAN AND ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR
NORTHSIDE CONSTRUCTION FOR AN OFFICE BUILDING ADDITION ON
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 15627 FOREST BOULEVARD NORTH
WHEREAS, a site plan application has been filed by Northside Construction that requests
approval of a site plan for a 4,000 square foot building addition on property located at
15627 Forest Boulevard North, as legally described as follows:
See attached Exhibit A.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the request at a public meeting and
recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the site
plan for Northside Construction, subject to the following conditions:
1. A site plan is approved for an approximately 4,000 square foot office building
according to the application and plans dated May 31, 2002 and September 17,
2002.
2. The applicant shall shall enter into an Encroachment Agreement for the proposed
expansion of the bulding into the easement. The Encroachment Agreement shall
allow a 10 -foot encroachment for the purpose of constructing the building
addition.
