RESOLUTION 2002-59
IT IS RESOLVED that the City of Hugo enter into Mn/DOT Agreement No. 83571 with the
State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes:
To provide for payment by the State to the City of the State's share of the costs of the intersection
improvement construction and other associated construction to be performed upon, along and
adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 61 from Engineer station 4+67.00 to Engineer station 12+33.88
within the'corporate City limits under State Project No. 8206-32.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Administrator are
authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
