RESOLUTION 2001-03
APPROVING PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR BEVERLY APLIKOWSKI
AND FRANK AND JODY PULEO FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 16003 AND
16155 FOREST BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Beverly Aplikowski and Frank and Jody
Puleo that requests approval of a property line adjustment for properties located at 16003
and 16155 Forest Boulevard, as legally described on Attachment One, Paragraphs 1 and
2, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot arrangement for which the property line adjustment is
sought is as legally described on Attachment One, Paragraph 3, attached hereto and
hereby made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line
adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
property line adjustment for Beverly Aplikowski and Frank and Jody Puleo.
ADOPTED by the City Council on February 5, 2001.
