RESOLUTION 2001-5
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF ADDITIONAL BUILDING
PERMITS FOR EAGLE CREST NORTHWEST FOR LOTS 1 THROUGH 4, BLOCK
4, ONEKA LAVE VIEW NORTH
WHEREAS, Eagle Crest Northwest has requested that the City Council authorize the
issuance of additional building permits for Lots 1 through 4, Block 4, Oneka Lake View
North; and
WHEREAS, the issuance of additional permits for the four townhome units adjacent to
150x' Street North would be.consistent with City policy with regard to providing adequate
street and utilities before issuing building permits; and
WHEREAS, approval of this resolution amends the Development Agreement for Oneka
Lake View North by allowing the issuance of additional building permits;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
issuance of additional building permits for Lots 1 through 4, Block 4, Oneka Lave View
North for Eagle Crest Northwest, subject to the following conditions:
1. No certificate of occupancies shall be issued until the street and utilities are
installed and found to be substantially complete.
2. The applicant shall submit the necessary building permit applications for the four
townhome units.
ADOPTED by the City Council on February 20, 2001.
