CITY OF HUGO
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO, WASHINGTON
COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ESTABLISHING VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE FINES AND
PENALTIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH HUGO CITY CODE CHAPTER 340.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Hugo has adopted an Ordinance establishing
a procedure for adjudicating administrative offenses and providing for a schedule of offenses and
administrative penalties; and,-
WHEREAS,

WHEREAS, said ordinance authorizes the City Council from time to time to identify
administrative offenses and establish penalties for such offenses.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Hugo,
Washington County, Minnesota, hereby establishes administrative penalties as listed below:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the fees in this Resolution shall be effective as of
May 15, 2001, unless otherwise stated in the Resolution.
WHEREUPON, a vote being taken upon the motion, the following members voted in favor:
Mike Granger, Chuck Haas, Becky Petryk, Frank Puleo, Fran Miron
the following voted against: NONE _;
WHEREUPON, said motion was declared duly passed and adopted by the City Council this
2nd day of April , 2001.
