CITY OF HUGO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 2001-18 <br />APPROVING SITE PLAN, CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, AND VARIANCE FOR <br />SIXTY 1 STOP INC. FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 14815 FOREST BOULEVARD <br />WHEREAS, Mark Granger has requested approval of a site plan, conditional use permit, <br />and variance to allow construction of a 1,120 square foot bank and a 600 square foot <br />convenience store addition on property legally described as follows: <br />Insert Legal <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said site plan at a duly called public <br />meeting and recommends approval of the site plan, conditional use permit, and variance <br />and; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the site <br />plan for Sixty 1 Stop Inc. on property located at 14815 Forest Boulevard, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. A site plan, conditional use permit, and variance is approved to allow construction <br />of a 1,120 square foot bank building and a 600 square foot convenience store <br />addition in accordance with the plans and application received by the City on <br />March 12, 2001 and revised on April 19, 2001, except as amended by this <br />resolution. <br />2. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall submit an application to <br />relocate the common property line to provide the correct setbacks. <br />3. The applicant shall install a speed bump north of the gas pumps between Highway <br />61 and the gas/convenience store. <br />4. The applicant shall record cross -access and shared parking easements or <br />covenants on all three parcels. <br />5. The applicant shall submit a revised site plan showing the location of the <br />proposed crosswalks and the location of the necessary traffic control signs. <br />
