RESOLUTION 2001- 21
APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR THE CITY OF HUGO FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
EAST OF FITZGERALD AVENUE, NORTH OF 146 STREET AND SOUTH OF 147
STREET
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo has requested approval of a site plan to allow construction
of an 11,600 square foot City Hall and related site improvements on property legally
described as follows:

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said site plan at a duly called public
meeting and recommends approval of the site plan, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the site
plan for the City of Hugo on property located east of Fitzgerald Avenue, north of 146x'
Street and south of 147x' Street, subject to the following conditions:
1. A site plan is approved to allow construction of an 11,600 square foot building in
accordance with the plans and application received by the City on April 19, 2001,
except as amended by this resolution.
2. Standard Conditions:
A. Compliance with regulations regarding handicapped parking spaces and
access.
