RESOLUTION 2001- 37
APPROVING PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR GRANGER'S INC. FOR
PROPERTIES LOCATED SOUTH OF 148TH STREET AND EAST OF HIGHWAY 61
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Granger's Inc. that requests approval of a
property line adjustment for properties located south of 148' Street and east of Highway
61.
WHEREAS, the proposed lot area to be deeded is legally described as follows:
Exhibit A
WHEREAS, City Council has fully considered the request for the property line
adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
property line adjustment for Granger's Inc.
ADOPTED by the City Council on July 16, 2001.
