RESOLUTION 2001-39
APPROVING A PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT FOR OAKWOOD LAND
DEVELOPMENT FOR BEAVER PONDS 6TH ADDITION ON PROPERTY
LOCATED WEST OF FERRARA AVENUE AND EAST OF HIGHWAY 61
WHEREAS, Oakwood Land Development has requested approval of a preliminary and
final plat to allow construction of six single family lots on property legally described as
follows:
Outlot A, Beaver Ponds 4h Addition.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the preliminary plat at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
preliminary and final plat for Oakwood Land Development on property located west of
Ferrara. Avenue and east of Highway 61, subject to the following conditions:
1. A preliminary and final plat is approved to allow the creation of six single family lots,
in accordance with the plans and application received by the City on June 18, 2001,
except as amended by this resolution.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 6th day of August 2001.
