APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR ISD 834 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 10158
122ND STREET NORTH
WHEREAS, the ISD 834 has requested approval of a site plan to allow construction of an
240 square foot storage building on property legally described as follows:

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said site plan at a duly called public
meeting and recommends approval of the site plan, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the site
plan for ISD 834 on property located at 122°d Street North, subject to the following
conditions:
1. A site plan is approved to allow construction of a 240 square foot storage building in
accordance with the plans and application received by the City on August 15, 2001.
2. A building permit is required prior to construction of the storage shed.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 5th day of September, 2001.
