RESOLUTION 2001- 56
APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR JOHN FINNEGAN TO
ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION OF A DECK WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND
UTILITY EASEMENT AT 12846 FONDANT TRAIL.
WHEREAS, John Finnegan has requested that the City approve an encroachment
agreement to allow the construction of a deck within a drainage and utility easement for
property legally described as follows:
Lots 10, Block 1, Beaver Ponds 5& Addition
WHEREAS, the City has an easement for drainage and utility purposes along the
northerly lot line of Lot 10, Block 1, Beaver Ponds 5�h Addition, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve an
encroachment agreement to permit a ten -foot encroachment into the drainage and utility
easement for the purpose of constructing a deck on Lot 10, Block 1, Beaver Ponds 5
Addition.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 1 st day of October 2001.
