CITY OF HUGO
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING FUNDING FROM MNDOT THROUGH THE
MUNICIPAL AGREEMENT PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo wishes to improve the operation and safety of the intersection at
TH 61 and 130" Street North; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo is requesting financial participation in the project from the
Minnesota Department of Transportation (MNDOT) through the Municipal Agreement Program;
and,
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo is committed to providing the local share of the costs if the
project is selected as part of the upcoming Municipal Agreement Program; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo is aware that they may reject funding awarded through the
Municipal Agreement Program without cause.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUGO, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, That:
The City of Hujo is requesting funding from MNDOT for improvements to the intersection at
TH 61 and 130 Street North.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
forward certified copies of this resolution to MNDOT as directed by the City Engineer.

Seconded by: Becky Petryk
Voting AYE: Granger, Petryk, Puleo, Miron
Voting NAY: NONE
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 15'' day of October 2001
