A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF HUGO
TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH MN/DOT
TO PROVIDE FOR PAYMENT OF THE CITY'S SHARE OF THE
ROADWAY/RAILROAD CROSSING AT TH61 AND 120M STREET
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Hugo enter into MnWT Agreement No.
80266 with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following
purposes:
To provide for payment by the City to the State of the City's share
of the costs of the roadway and railroad crossing construction and
other associated construction to be performed upon, along and
adjacent to 120 Street/County Road J from Engineer Station
0+62 (252 feet east of TH61) to Engineer Station 5+16 (136 feet
west of TH61) within the corporate City limits under State Project
No. 6222-134 (T.H. 61=001.).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor, Walter L. Stoltzman, and the City
Administrator, Michael A. Ericson, are hereby authorized to execute such agreement and
any amendments, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all of the contractual
obligations contained therein.
Upon roll call, members voting AYE: Debra Barnes, Jim Leroux, Becky Petryk, Walter
Stoltzman
Voting NAY: NONE
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 19`h day of June, 2000.
