RESOLUTION 2000 - 23 <br />A RESOLUTION ELIMINATING THAT PART OF PARCEL NO. <br />30.031.21.41.0005 NOW PLATTED AS THE TOWNHOMES <br />OF BALD EAGLE LAKE FROM TIF DISTRICT NO. 1-1 <br />WHEREAS, Parcel No. 30.031.21.41.0005 was originally included in TIF <br />District No. 1-1 as an industrial parcel; and <br />WHEREAS, a portion of said parcel is now part of a residential <br />development commonly called the Townhomes of Bald Eagle Lake; and <br />WHEREAS, a parcel may be eliminated from a TIF district by council <br />resolution without the need for a public hearing if certain <br />requirements are met; and <br />WHEREAS, said parcel meets the requirements for such elimination from <br />the TIF district. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That portion of Parcel No. 30.031.21.41.0005 now platted as the <br />Townhomes of Bald Eagle Lake is hereby eliminated from TIF District <br />No. 1-1. <br />2. The Finance Director shall notify the County Auditor of this <br />geographic reduction of TIF District No. 1-1. <br />Upon roll call, the following Council Members voting AYE: Haas, <br />Leroux, Petryk, and Stoltzman. <br />Upon roll call, the following Council Members voting NAY: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 7th day <br />of August, 2000. <br />Walter L.
